About us...
Headwater Homes, LLC was born out of a shared vision by Jon Solomonson and Krista Reinke. They both have a great deal of experience and knowledge in the new home construction and real estate arenas. Natives of the Metropolitan area gives them a clear understanding of constant changing market conditions and the abilty to assess the current needs of buyers since the early 2000s.
Jon has a Construction Management degree from Bemidji State University. Hard work and dirty hands are no stranger to Jon. He worked as a laborer each summer for a commercial construction company until graduating.
After graduating, Jon went to work for a large national builder as a Project Manager. The volume of new homes being built taught Jon the importance of all aspects of the construction process. Industries often have a "go to" person when options have been exhausted. In construction, Jon would be highly regarded as that person!
Krista graduated from St. Cloud State University and immediately focused on a career path with a large local builder. As the company transistioned into a national builder, Krista continued to challenge herself in all areas of real estate and new home construction. Krista works hard to meet the needs of her clients and is unparalleled in her level of communication and getting the job done.
Jon and Krista have worked together in the industry for many years. Successful in working cohesively, they excelled in field, sales and administrative operations. The goal is to ensure each customer received the best experience possible.
After years of experience and wanting to serve home owners with integrity, Headwater Homes, LLC was formed. They are committed to allowing customers that personal touch and accessibility throughout the process of building their new home.
Valued relationships with local subcontractors allow us to offer our home owners production pricing with that customized feel. We are always eager to share our passion and love of what we do with home owners from the start of construction through closing. We want to be your builder, know you by name, and understand what you want in your new home.
